Project Scope: Complete Refit

A complete refit was carried out at a number of stores throughout the Northern area. This involved the realisation of the client’s brand specification. The project required returning the location to a retail shell, relining walls, installing new ceilings and the installation of Amtico flooring.

New shop fronts were installed including roller shutters where required. Full electric wiring and Cat 5 networking cabling was installed with final testing and certification on completion. Staff welfare facilties were installed including kitchen and toilet facilities. The project included full redecoration and contract clean prior to handover.
